Job description

General Production Worker

Join our manufacturing team and help build high-quality garage doors in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where you will work on an assembly line, use hand and power tools, and support daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manufacture garage doors on the production line.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to complete production orders.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.
  • Complete basic computer or tablet-based reporting when required.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to safety.
  • Forklift certification required within 45 days of hire.

Work Environment This position is in a manufacturing facility and requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift. Training is provided, and opportunities are available to learn different production areas.
