Part-time shifts will vary. Occasional weekends, and holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
The Food Plant Associate will help fulfill orders on an assembly line making snack cups. This will include operation of production equipment. Associates are expected to assist in stuffing snack cups and fulfilling customer orders. It is the responsibility of the associate to contribute to a safe work environment for themselves and their fellow operators.
  • Perform work activities with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with a focus on process improvement
  • Responsible for producing snack cups and fulfilling orders
  • Inspection and labeling of finished product
  • Rotating job assignments throughout the production process
  • Recognizing safety or quality problems
  • Keeps work area and machines clean always
  • Adjusting machine settings and quality system checks
  • Perform all duties in an efficient manner

Working Conditions:
This role requires a significant amount of movement. An individual in this role will be working with various types of foods. They will also operate equipment upon request. The position will require general physical movements such as frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. Environmental conditions include working with allergens, loud noises, chemical exposure, and a warm working area.
