Job description



  • Review the work/projects of the repack associates by preforming audits and monitoring the performance of each repack associate and job quality.
  • Report or discard all visual non-conformities, such as broken, torn, leaking or missing product per customers specifications.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning repack associates work as required.
  • Provide coverage for breaks and points of stalls to keep the flow of work moving at a smooth pace.
  • Assist in Daily Log Activity recorded keeping.
  • Prep, organize and set up repack projects within company and customer guidelines and time frame.
  • Assist in Daily/Weekly attendance record keeping. Leadership: Assist in Directing, Training, Overseeing and Motivating the Repack associates in the Department.
  • Adhere to all warehouse sanitation procedures.
  • Verify customer requirements are being met. Such as proper dress code, proper PPE, project guidelines, etc.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment, including proper disposal of daily waste and recyclable materials.
  • Preform special projects as requested by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
  • Assist in personnel issues resolution.
  • Report more serious problems as they arise to the Supervisor or Manager.


Additional Details:


The line Coordinator position is a temp to hire position. We are ideally looking for someone who is bilingual (English and Spanish). Hours are Monday to Thursday 6am to 4:30pm with OT as needed. This person must be able to stand, walk and other physical activities for 10 hours a day. Not lifting more than 25 lbs. This person also must be able to work as part of a team, able to be approachable, able to train their team and be very commutative to both their team members and Team Lead & Supervisor.
