Summary

We are currently looking for 3rd shift Line Leads. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly within your manufacturing team. Your primary goal will be to control quality and productivity on assigned lines. Your position will also include directing, coaching, training and assisting production associates in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will oversee and ensure production lines are maintaining production goals while meeting quality standards
  • Set up the production line and check equipment before beginning production
  • Delegate production line responsibilities at the beginning of each shift
  • Train workers on their assigned stations within the line while enforcing company policies and guidelines
  • Give Production Associates recognition and feedback throughout the shift
  • Assist Production Associates when necessary
  • Communicate with maintenance team when machine issues arise
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers
