Assembly Line Operator / Line Assembler
Now Hiring Weirton, WV
Mancan is partnering with a well-established Weirton-based manufacturing company to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator / Line Assembler. This is a 1st shift position working MondayFriday,3:30PM12:00AM, starting at $16/hr . If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality and safety, this could be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and products on a production line following detailed instructions and diagrams
Meet line targets while maintaining high quality standards
Use hand tools and machinery to complete assemblies efficiently
Perform visual inspections and basic testing to ensure product quality
Troubleshoot and report production issues to supervisors or quality teams
Complete final quality checks before packaging and distribution
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Rotate through different line functions as needed
Assist with warehouse or material supply tasks when required
Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Document production output and report concerns accurately
