Description:

Fitesa is a global leader in nonwoven fabric solutions, specializing in providing innovative fabrics the hygiene, medical, and industrial markets. Our Washougal, WA Union facility has an excellent opportunity for a Production Associate (Utility Helper) to join the team.



Requirements:

This position is responsible for providing assistance to the production line as needed.

  • Making heads
  • Providing down day supplies
  • Material Handling of finished product rolls
  • Repackaging and repairing product rolls for shipment
  • Cutting cores, performing resin duties and transporting materials

Additional Responsibilities:

  • General facility clean up
  • Machinery cleaning such as screens and filters
  • Trash removal

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 3 to 5 Years in a Manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • Non-Woven Experience a plus
  • Must be willing and able to work shift work - 8 hr shifts. Rotating shift work - Days, Graveyard, Swing
  • Willingness and ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
