Duties & Responsibilities:

Schedule and release manufacturing plans to meet customer requirements.

Monitor and adjust the production schedule as required to ensure customer delivery requirements are maintained.

Review material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve any material discrepancies.

Provide Purchasing with forecasted material requirements when required.

Maintain data in ERP system as necessary.

Monitor customer min/max inventory levels and enter delivery schedules and work orders as needed.

Load and remove the customer forecast as required.

Production control for kitting & min/max programs.

Requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement and Operations teams.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong hands on experience and understanding of ERP systems.

Prior experience with production scheduling and load/capacity management required.

5+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Production Planning/Scheduling, Master Scheduling Experience a plus.

Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Proven ability in advanced Excel Skills is a must.

Collaborative, data driven, and curious personality to help with continuous improvement activities

Experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP) is a plus

Basic Experience or understanding of SQL is a plus
