This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily activities of the production control team. This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and alteration documentation, planning, and scheduling are executed accurately and efficiently, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the production control team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of maintenance, repair, and alteration activities.
  • Coordinate planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on production control metrics and performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure adherence to procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or production control operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Certifications & Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

  • Primarily office / production-support setting with frequent interaction with maintenance and supply personnel.
  • May require occasional overtime, shift flexibility, and on-call support during surge periods.
  • Ability to sit / stand, lift up to 25 lbs., and move within hangar / maintenance environments safely.
