What You'll Do
As a Production Facilitator, you'll serve as the frontline leader for your assigned manufacturing shift, helping ensure production goals are met while creating a safe, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations and help maintain production schedules
  • Champion AstenJohnson's commitment to workplace safety and policy compliance
  • Support and coach manufacturing associates to achieve production, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Coordinate with Shift Safety Team Leaders to maintain a safe work environment
  • Monitor production quality and communicate issues to Production Team Leaders and Continuous Improvement Team
  • Assist with production scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure production documentation complies with ISO quality standards
  • Report daily production results and key shift metrics
  • Administer attendance, vacation scheduling, and Dayforce responsibilities
  • Assist with associate performance management, coaching, and annual performance reviews
  • Partner with HR, Manufacturing Leadership, and Continuous Improvement to achieve plant goals

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
