Position Summary
The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by performing assigned production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role may support multiple areas of the manufacturing process, including batching, blending, encapsulation, powder fill, labeling, packaging, and stick pack operations.
Production Associates are expected to follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, support production goals, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure products are manufactured safely and meet company standards.
Essential ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
  • Perform assigned tasks within the designated work area while following company procedures and production standards.
  • Operate equipment, tools, and systems related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate issues related to equipment, materials, quality, or production processes.
Work Area Responsibilities
Production Associates may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:
  • Packaging - Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Blending - Mix raw ingredients according to approved formulas to produce powder blends for manufacturing.
  • Batching - Weigh and prepare raw materials according to production formulas before materials move to the blending process.
  • Encapsulation - Operate encapsulation equipment to fill capsules while meeting quality, weight, and production requirements.
  • Powder Fill - Operate powder filling equipment to accurately fill products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Label - Apply and verify product labels to ensure products are correctly labeled, legible, and compliant before packaging or shipment.
  • Stick Pack - Operate stick pack equipment to fill, seal, and package powdered products while maintaining quality and production standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete assigned tasks.

  • Willingness to learn different production processes and procedures.
