Belt Power, LLC is growing—and we’re looking for a Production Warehouse Associate who’s ready to jump in, learn skilled trade work, and be part of a company that keeps America’s manufacturing and processing industries moving.

What you'll do

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication—working in the shop and occasionally at customer sites. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Using tools and equipment safely while following all PPE and safety requirements
  • Representing Belt Power professionally at all times
Requirements:

We're seeking someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read measurements accurately using a tape measure
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or elevated spaces
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Forklift experience
  • Maintenance, production, or belt technician experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Work Environment

  • Full-time, shop-based role
  • Active environment with moving machinery and a moderate-to-loud noise level

Physical Requirements

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active:

  • Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day
  • Using hands, arms, shoulders, and tools for fabrication and installation work
