Mix & Cast Production AssociateCreate Advanced Composite Products Through Hands-On Manufacturing

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, following detailed processes, and being part of a team that builds innovative products? Join our growing manufacturing team as a Mix & Cast Production Associate, where you’ll help create advanced composite materials used in important aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.

In this role, you’ll work with specialized materials, production equipment, molds, and curing processes to produce high-quality parts. You’ll gain valuable manufacturing experience while working in a supportive, team-focused environment that encourages learning, improvement, and career growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Read and follow batch cards, work instructions, cure schedules, and quality documentation.
  • Accurately weigh and measure materials according to production requirements.
  • Mix and handle chemical compounds, resins, and composite materials following safety procedures.
  • Operate production equipment including mixers, ovens, vacuum chambers, and transfer tanks.
  • Prepare molds through cleaning, setup, and application of required materials.
  • Fill molds carefully and monitor curing cycles to ensure product quality.
  • Remove finished products from molds and handle parts safely.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
  • Record production information, material usage, and quality data accurately.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment, tools, and work areas.
  • Move materials and finished products safely throughout the facility.
  • Support inventory, material staging, and production organization.
  • Identify production issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic math skills for measuring materials, calculating mix ratios, and recording data.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, with one year of experience ideal.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using production equipment and hand tools.
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform consistent physical work.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable working around chemicals, resins, heat, dust, and manufacturing noise.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to quality work.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work at current and future facility locations.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Chemical, resin, epoxy, plastics, or composite manufacturing.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
