Job description

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Inspector Associate for a specializing in high-precision, deep-drawn metal components like eyelets, housings, and enclosures for medical, aerospace, defense, and electronics industries located in Tustin, CA.


Shift: 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM


Requirements: Must pass a drug test and E-Verify

Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (You get Friday off)


The inspector/Production Associate is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, checking parts for quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with measurements and basic inspection tools.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Ability to read and understand part drawings and dimensions.
  • Ability to use basic measuring and inspection equipment such as micrometers, ring and plug gauges, and optical comparators.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the machine has enough material to continue production.
  • Check and maintain proper machine oil levels.
  • Make sure the correct gauges are available and being used.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and visual quality standards.


Compensation: $18.70/hr. DOE
