We're looking for a Production Associate to join our growing Syracuse, NY team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision and safety, and wants to be part of a supportive, family-oriented company that invests in its people. 


What You'll Do 

As a Production Associate, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive safe, high-quality products on time - every time. You'll:

Handle and fill high-pressure, medical, and liquid gas cylinders

Follow proper safety and quality procedures for prefill, in-process, and post-fill operations

Inspect cylinders, read and interpret labels, and understand gas properties and hazards

Complete required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Work closely with your team to meet daily goals while upholding Haun's safety and quality standards

Requirements

What You'll Bring

You are 18 years or older 

Ability to lift, push, and pull 35+ pounds and perform physical, hands-on work safely 

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Able or willing to learn to operate manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, tow motor, etc.)

Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and documentation clearly

Prior warehouse or gas cylinder filling experience is a plus, but not required
