Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

The Production Associate safely manufactures metal E-Rings by operating a variety of production equipment, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role combines machine operation, assembly, inspection, and basic computer use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to learn new processes and move between departments.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacture metal E-Rings in accordance with documented procedures and production specifications.
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment, including Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, polishing equipment, and hydraulic presses to produce completed parts.
  • Set up, run, and monitor machines to ensure consistent quality and adherence to production standards.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, work orders, and related documentation to perform tasks accurately.
  • Perform assembly tasks as required to complete parts and components.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of parts using standard measuring devices and gauges.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leads regarding work order status, issues, and completion of work.
  • Move between different departments as needed to support production demands and cross-functional tasks.
  • Use a computer to enter data, review work orders, and complete basic production-related documentation.
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment, supporting others and contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.

Work Environment

Multiple shifts are available, including 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime), 2nd shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM on Friday), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
