    El Asociado de Producción I es responsable de operar de manera segura y precisa los equipos de troquelado (Die-Cutting), etiquetado (Labeling), pegado de piezas (Tip-On) y/o inserción (Inserting). Este puesto utiliza diversos programas y equipos, tanto propios como de terceros, para entregar productos de alta calidad. El Asociado de Producción I trabaja para garantizar que todos los trabajos del programa diario se produzcan de acuerdo con las especificaciones de mPulse Output Solutions (OS).
    Funciones esenciales
    • Leer y comprender las órdenes de trabajo y/o instrucciones especiales.
    • Realizar todas las inspecciones necesarias de control de calidad (QC) en cada trabajo, de acuerdo con las directrices comunicadas y publicadas en el departamento.
    • Utilizar un escáner y una computadora para registrar todos los trabajos en el software propietario COS mediante la herramienta de registro de control de calidad (QC Check-In).
    • Operar las funciones básicas de los equipos para producir productos sencillos.
    • Comprender cómo configurar y alimentar material a través de diferentes máquinas, observando los puntos de control del equipo.
    • Identificar errores menores de las máquinas y actuar de manera proactiva para prevenir atascos, al mismo tiempo que se incrementa la productividad.
    • Trabajar de manera cooperativa con otros departamentos para ayudar a alcanzar los objetivos de producción.
