Production Assembly / Warehouse Associate

Full-time / Non-exempt position

$20.51/hour

About the Company:

V-Power Equipment, Inc. is a wholesale distributor and manufacturing company of wastewater, and construction dewatering pumps and related equipment. We also design and fabricate custom booster pump stations. We offer a full range of products, services, and rental equipment.

Position Summary

The Production Assembly / Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling components, preparing materials, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with production activities to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.

Essential Functions

  • Assemble product components accurately and efficiently.
  • Prep and paint piping and fittings prior to assembly.
  • Verify parts, materials, and product specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on completed assemblies and components.
  • Assist with inventory handling and material organization.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and warehouse areas.
  • Safely use tools, equipment, and machinery associated with the position.
  • Follow all workplace safety standards and company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in daily assignments and operational support needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Previous assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid California Driver’s License may be required for occasional business-related driving duties.
