Location: Elgin, SC | Schedule: 4-day week | First Shift

AMBAC International is hiring a Production Planner / Production Coordinator to support our Elgin, SC manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in driving operational efficiency and on-time production.
You'll work closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, purchasing, and leadership teams to help ensure production schedules, materials, and workflows stay aligned.

What You'll Do
• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, work-in-progress, and material flow
• Partner with supply chain and purchasing teams to manage material needs and shortages
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production performance and inventory accuracy
• Identify production bottlenecks and support operational problem-solving
• Communicate production updates, risks, and recovery plans across teams
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
What You Bring
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Schedule
