Job Summary:

The Production Associate at Maven Genetics is responsible for the accurate and compliant application of labels to cannabis products in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations, as well as internal quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot labeling machinery to ensure products are prepared for distribution in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate, adjust, and maintain labeling equipment to ensure proper function, alignment, and accurate label placement.
  • Apply labels accurately to cannabis products, verifying compliance with California cannabis packaging and labeling regulations.
  • Inspect labeled products for accuracy, quality, and completeness; immediately report discrepancies or errors to supervision.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with labeling machinery and coordinate with

  • Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including label counts, batch documentation, and equipment logs.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with GMP standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
