Production Associate – Powder Coat

1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) Monday-Friday & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) Sunday-Thursday Available

Looking for a stable manufacturing job with steady hours and excellent benefits? IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a growing fabrication company in St. Joseph, MO. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing—no powder coating experience is required.

What You'll Do
  • Hang metal parts on the powder coat line before the coating process
  • Remove finished parts from the line after coating
  • Sort finished products onto racks for the next stage of production
  • Inspect parts for quality and proper finish
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
