Shifts: 1st and 2nd + overtime as needed
Department: Operations / Production

What you'll do (day-to-day)
You'll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:
Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
Operator / NL17 Support: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
