Job description

Production Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Hartselle, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for preparing products for shipment.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour + up to $3.00 per hour production bonus paid biweekly

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 4 30 pm.

Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Stacking and building boxes.
  • Placing items in proper containers.
  • Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. (overhead)
  • Background check and drug screen are required
  • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
