The Role:

Mergon Corporation currently has deflasher positions available at the company's Anderson plant. The deflasher will handle, finish, inspect and pack parts ensuring product shipped meets customer specifications.This role operates on an 8-hour shift with working days to vary depending on shift.


  • 1st shift: Wednesday - Sunday
  • 2nd shift: Thursday - Monday
  • 3rd shift: Fri - Tuesday


These positions will eventually roll into a Monday - Friday work week. Our deflashers run blow molding machines while removing excess flash and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of parts.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.


Physical Requirements:

  • You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion activities including, but not limited to assembly, standing, lifting, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
