Are you looking for an opportunity in a small company where you are more than a number and the leadership knows your name? Does molding in a climate-controlled and clean environment appeal to you? Do you have an eye for detail, commitment to giving your best, and an interest in manufacturing?

If so, this could be the job for you!

PTG Silicones is seeking to fill our need for a Machine Operator. You will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to mold and manufacture silicone components. You will also perform visual inspections of products being manufactured to meet quality specifications.

This opportunity is for both part-time and full-time employment seekers. We are currently looking for multiple candidates to work:

  • Part-time to full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week)
  • Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6 am - 6 pm
  • Pay range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid weekly

This is a temporary position through the end of 2026, with an opportunity to develop this into continued employment beyond that time.

At PTG Silicones we feature a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that's fully equipped for automated, world-class silicone injection molding. Our goal is to produce high-quality parts and sub-assemblies that meet or exceed specification, are delivered on time, and are competitively priced.

  • Integrity - Do the Right Thing: Transparent, Honest, and Trustworthy
  • Team Player - Puts the Team First
  • Strive for Excellence - Care About What We Do and How We Do It
  • Thirst for Knowledge - Desire to Learn and Grow

Do your values align with ours? Are you eager to learn and develop in a growing and dynamic environment? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!

PTG Silicones is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. PTG is committed to non-discriminatory employment practices and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in the area of non-discrimination in employment. PTG will not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, pregnancy, military, and veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
