Machine Operator - Molder of Rubber Gaskets

We are currently seeking a Molder of Rubber Gaskets to join our production team. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and an interest in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply. This role offers opportunities for growth, including training to become a supervisor for candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machine presses to mold rubber gaskets according to specifications.
  • Inspect gaskets to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Accurately track the amount of rubber used in the molding process.
  • Collaborate with the team to fulfill work orders efficiently and accurately.
