Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated DIRECT HIRE Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work as a Machine Operator, act as a skilled assembler, and serve as your own quality inspector to ensure high product standards. You will perform hands on production tasks such as deburring, assembly, bending, and forming, while conducting basic inspections. On-the-job training is provided, will train! Prior manufacturing production experience or food service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Pay: $20–$23+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are a seasoned Machine Operator or transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.

- Hands-on paid training to help you succeed as a Machine Operator or assembler (will train!).
- Experience as an order packer or quality inspector will set you up for quick wins, though food service experience is a plus for candidates showing strong grit.
