Adecco is hiring for Production Associates – Kennebunk, ME

Adecco is assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer in Kennebunk, ME, hiring Production Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities. These positions offer competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.

Schedules & Pay:

1st Shift

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • $18.00+/hour

2nd Shift

  • Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • $19.50+/hour

3rd Shift

  • Sunday-Thursday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
  • $20.00+/hour
What You'll Do
  • Perform manufacturing and production processes while meeting quality standards
  • Operate production equipment and machinery
  • Load and unload parts and materials
  • Clean, prepare, and stage products for processing
  • Perform visual inspections and verify product quality
  • Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Follow work instructions and production procedures
  • Complete accurate production documentation and data entry
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.50 per hour
