Job description

Quanex is looking for a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join our team in Luck, Wisconsin.  

In this role you are responsible for performing assigned production functions in a safe manner to consistently meet production standards and quality requirements.

Pay: $20.40 to $24.48 per hour (rate includes 20% shift differential), depending on experience.  

  • Potential for pay increase up to $1 if meeting or exceeding expectations at 90 day performance review. 
  • The level for each Production Associate is determined by management based on the ability to train others and number of machines the operator can run while meeting production standards and quality requirements.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.  Overtime potential on Fridays.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to use a tape measure preferred.
  • At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
  • Manual finger dexterity skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
