Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Electronics Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations. This position may involve soldering electronic components, performing product testing, and applying conformal coating to circuit boards. Ideal candidates will have experience in electronics manufacturing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE


Responsibilities:

  • Perform hand soldering on electronic components and circuit boards following IPC standards
  • Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies
  • Apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards using proper equipment and procedures
  • Inspect boards and components to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience with soldering, electronics assembly, testing, or conformal coating preferred
  • Ability to use microscopes, soldering irons, and testing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Electronics manufacturing experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • IPC certification (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001)
  • Experience with SMT components
  • Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment
