Job description

Summary

The Tester is responsible for testing products and reporting test results. The assignment will be ranging from testing motherboard, memory, CPU, LCD, HDD and product under test.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90%

  • Ability to inspect product thoroughly.
  • Perform testing on intended products.
  • Reporting product issue and findings.
  • Needed data input when required to store the information.
  • Follow instructions and operational procedures.
  • Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.
  • Must be multi-tasking and adaptable to work on different models concurrently.
  • Organize test tooling and mockup.
  • Keep and maintain tooling in good condition.
  • Follow 5S standard.
  • Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.
  • Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.
  • Utilize the companys time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from breaks and personal matters.
  • When required, work assignment can change based on project needs like inspection, solder, testing, data input.

Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job 5%

  • Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
  • Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.

Education and/or Experience

  • A+ certification is a plus.
  • Prefer college graduate in from computer related field.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Requires the physical ability to lift 25 pounds.
