What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate backlog refinement, requirements creation, customer research synthesis, acceptance criteria definition, and team communication.
  • Lead the development team in executing roadmap priorities and achieving sprint and release goals.
  • Forecast release dates, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Resolve impediments impacting successful completion of team objectives.
  • Prioritize and coordinate resolution of defects impacting customer experience.
  • Ensure the team has a healthy backlog and clear priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions from development, support, implementation, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on evolving customer needs, product practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
