Rate: $48-52/hr. W2 hourly with benefits


Technical Business Analyst--

  • 4+ Yeaars of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience
  • Requirements Gathering and User Stories
  • Some experience with AI is highly desired for this position
  • UAT Testing experience is a plus
  • SQL experience


Responsibilities

1. Evaluates business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options that best serve business needs.

2. Conducts gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborates with System Architects and developers to estimate project impact.

3. Documents business requirements, technical requirements, processes and workflows.

4. Compiles, analyzes and interprets complex data to identify trends or troubleshoot issues.

5. In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, establishes project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

6. Develops project plans and associated communication documents to successfully implement solutions.

7. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

8. Proactively identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.

9. Defines acceptance criteria, creates use cases and performs acceptance testing for product level enhancements.

10. Promotes Business Analyst team development by recommending best practices and advising junior Business Analysts within the team.
