Position: Manufacturing Laborer
We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process:

  • Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks.
  • Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools - precision matters!
  • Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks.
  • Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
What You Bring to the Team
  • A natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.
  • Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail - you take pride in doing the job right.
  • Fluent in English or Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift, move, stand, and bend as required in a shop setting.
