POSITION SUMMARY:

Develops portfoliolevel product strategy and multiportfolio direction, establishing longrange strategic frameworks that shape enterprise priorities, inform planning and investment decisions, and guide longterm choices.

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Portfolio Strategy & Investment Prioritization - Defines portfoliolevel strategic frameworks and advises enterprise leaders on longterm investment tradeoffs.

  • Market, Customer & Competitive Insights - Delivers portfoliolevel market sensing and longrange strategic foresight that informs crossdomain decisions. Proactively drives strategic discussion on emerging trends and their impact on product direction.

  • Value Proposition & Pricing - Portfolio-level monetization. Shapes enterprise-wide principles for how products are priced and monetized, ensuring consistency and alignment across the portfolio.

  • Financial & Lifecycle Management - Shapes portfolio financial direction and defines product health metrics that inform enterprise planning and investment decisions.

  • Roadmap & Cross-Functional Alignment - Develops portfolio roadmaps and aligns priorities across portfolios for enterprise business reviews and decisions.

  • Execution & Outcomes - Defines execution models and operating standards, leading to high-impact transformations that improve delivery at scale.

  • Stakeholder Management & Influence - Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, shaping enterprise planning and strategic decisions.

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree, with MBA strongly preferred

  • Advanced technical or analytical skills demonstrated through education or extensive work experience

  • Recognized expert in product management with enterprise-level impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy and drive transformational change.

  • Deep portfolio expertise with external thought leadership.

COMPENSATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for variable incentives.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
