Position Overview

The Digital Technology team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Sr Product Manager for MarTech. This person will serve as the Digital Technology point of contact for our marketing teams, aligning tech services with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy and vision, leading development teams, managing projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in marketing technology (MarTech), including Customer Data Platform (CDP), digital campaign orchestration, and product management creating web, mobile, and other digital experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Digital Tech liaison for marketing business partners, aligning tech services with their strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy and vision for one or more business portfolios at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
  • Lead tech teams in the execution of projects and the management of services, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for digital transformation and innovation within business processes
  • Oversee tech projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Partner with service management process owners to provide service excellence, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates
  • Collaborate with marketing and loyalty teams to define and implement MarTech solutions that enhance customer engagement and personalization
  • Drive the integration and optimization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer profiles and enable targeted marketing efforts
  • Support the execution and measurement of digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and paid media
  • Lead product management efforts for web, mobile web, and mobile app platforms, including user experience design, feature prioritization, and roadmap development
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Business, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum (eight) 8 years working as a Product Manager delivering software products and solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align tech strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong technical skills required, along with understanding of SDLC.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide teams to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and adapt to changing strategies and trends.
  • Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with MarTech platforms including CDP, campaign management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
  • Product management experience for digital platforms including responsive web, mobile web, and native mobile apps.
  • Ability to define and manage product roadmaps, write user stories, and lead cross‑functional teams through the product lifecycle.
