What will you do as Product Manager – Food Films at Sealed Air?

As Product Manager – Food Films, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and financial performance of the Food Films product line across the region. You will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on portfolio optimization, product lifecycle management, innovation, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Finance to create customer value, support long-term business planning, and accelerate demand through innovative product and service offerings.

  • Lead the cross-functional Product Line Team to drive revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and overall product line performance.
  • Develop and execute the Food Films product line strategy aligned with the broader Case Ready business objectives.
  • Lead the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process and contribute to Long Range Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year product roadmap to support growth, innovation, and market competitiveness.
  • Define and refine Product & Service Offers (P&SO) that address customer needs while improving operational efficiency and cash flow.
  • Support capital investment initiatives and business cases for growth-related projects.
  • Partner with R&D and Supply Chain teams to drive new product development and product enhancement initiatives.
  • Contribute to annual operating plans and long-term business outlooks through data-driven analysis and forecasting.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and product roadmap development in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including product line expansions, portfolio optimization, and SKU rationalization.
  • Support sales teams by addressing critical customer issues and coordinating cross-functional resolutions related to quality, pricing, delivery, and regulatory matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve low-margin business while expanding and retaining profitable accounts.
  • Monitor key operational and supply chain performance indicators, including backlog, production output, inventory levels, service metrics, product costs, and quality performance.
What skills will help you succeed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance commercial, operational, and financial priorities.
  • Experience working across multiple functions to drive alignment, execution, and organizational change.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience supporting product portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, or business planning processes.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Pay Transparency
  • $93,100 - $160,655 annually
