Job description

Qualified Staffing in Cartersville is seeking a Production Operator to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring products are produced and packaged according to established quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Produce and package quality products while meeting production goals.
  • Accurately record production counts, defect data, and machine-related information.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Complete and maintain all required production documentation.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Clean and maintain assigned equipment according to established guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Participate in shift-change communications to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
