HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SAMPLE COORDINATOR / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN CHICAGO, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sample Coordinator- Product Development to join our team in Chicago, IL. This individual will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and coordinating the shipment of product samples for customers, sales presentations, and ongoing development activities. This position supports the Product Development team by ensuring that samples are produced accurately, packaged properly, documented, and delivered according to customer and production timelines. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on bakery experience with laminated dough products (such as croissants, danish, cinnamon rolls, and bread products). Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25/hour, paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support product development projects by preparing product samples requested while maintaining quality standards
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, moving, and storing ingredient samples
  • Coordinate the production, packaging, labeling, and shipment of customer product samples on timeline
  • Prepare croissant, danish, cinnamon roll, and other bakery product samples
  • Maintain accurate records of customer sample requests, contact info, product details, and shipment history
  • Create shipping labels, shipping documentation, and handling instructions
  • Coordinate communication between several internal departments regarding product availability and requirements

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Culinary school training or baking education preferred
  • Professional baking experience preferred, with hands-on knowledge of laminated dough products ideal
  • Experience working with food allergens including dairy, egg, soy, and other regulated ingredients
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple sample requests and priorities
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
