  • Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct in-depth research on global beauty trends, skincare innovations, ingredients, and consumer behavior using sources such as YouTube, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), beauty forums, and competitor analysis
  • - Monitor U.S. and Korean beauty markets and identify key insights to guide product development
  • - Assist in the concept development of new skincare and cosmetic products
  • - Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers throughout the product development lifecycle
  • - Prepare market research presentations and benchmark reports
  • - Participate in the selection of packaging, ingredients, and product concepts
  • - Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, ingredient safety, and claims guidelines
  • - Help ensure that products align with brand identity, target customer expectations, and market demands
Qualifications
  • - Deep interest and understanding of cosmetics and skincare products and trends
  • - Fluent in Korean (required), with excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
  • - Ability and willingness to conduct continuous research via online platforms including YouTube, SNS, and industry publications
  • - Strong sense of design, consumer behavior, and product aesthetics
