Job description

Apprenticely is working with our company partner, Serve2Perform, to add a Web & Graphic Design Intern to their team in Fayetteville, Arkansas!

Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in technology-focused positions to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of professional mentors. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to a technology career and may lead to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

About Serve2Perform

Serve2Perform is a leadership development and organizational performance company that helps businesses build stronger leaders, develop high-performing teams, and prepare organizations for success in an AI-driven world. Through leadership coaching, professional development, and innovative learning experiences, Serve2Perform partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve employee engagement, and navigate emerging technologies with confidence. Their growing portfolio of programs—including AI readiness initiatives and leadership development experiences—creates meaningful opportunities for innovation and continuous learning.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional design internship. As a Web & Graphic Design Intern, you’ll help create engaging digital experiences that support Serve2Perform’s programs, clients, and growing initiatives. From designing webpages and participant resources to creating presentations, digital assets, and visual content, you’ll have the opportunity to own meaningful projects while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Working alongside experienced mentors, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions while helping improve how users interact with Serve2Perform’s digital platforms. If you’re passionate about web design, graphic design, user experience, and technology—and enjoy bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design—this internship offers an opportunity to build real-world experience and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build webpages, digital resources, and participant portals using the Wix platform.
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that improve how participants engage with Serve2Perform programs.
  • Develop presentations, one-pagers, white papers, and other branded marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences and visual content.
  • Bring fresh ideas and design thinking to improve Serve2Perform’s online presence and tell its story in meaningful ways.
  • Assist with graphic design projects that support leadership development programs, AI initiatives, and client engagement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to new business initiatives.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and creative workflows.
  • Support website updates, digital content organization, and ongoing improvements across Serve2Perform’s online platforms.
  • Support management of the S2P Community App.
Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technology, and loves solving problems through thoughtful design. The ideal candidate thinks like an end user, asks great questions, and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Whether your experience comes from coursework, personal projects, internships, or self-directed learning, we’re interested in someone who is eager to grow, contribute fresh ideas, and continuously improve the digital experience for our clients and program participants. Serve2Perform values creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn over years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with graphic design or visual communication.
  • Familiarity with Wix or another website builder.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website navigation.
  • Experience creating digital content using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Notion or similar project management tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support creativity, research, and productivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and exploring new ideas.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week.

Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked and applicable payroll deductions.
