We are seeking individuals  to fill the position of Intern - System Design for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) will work on small engineering projects related to the Technical Department. 

The candidate selected to fill this role will have responsibilities to consist of, but not limited to:

  • Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
  • Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learning internal software systems.
  • Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
  • Professionally represent Kaeser at all times. 

 Required Qualifications:

  • Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.
  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

This is a hourly position starting at $15/hour.  We offer a flexible working schedule, a roof top cafe, an on-site exercise facility and free exercise classes.
