About Nen Creative
Nen Creative partners with tech startups to launch bold ideas into the world, creating the brands and stories that fuel their growth.
Since 2022, we've partnered with some of the world's top founders and institutions, including Amazon, Andreessen Horowitz, Cursor, Mercor, Listen Labs, Tech Week, Cartesia, and many more.
We're growing quickly and looking for ambitious people who want to help build the company alongside us.
About the Role
We're looking for a Producer to run the logistics behind our video productions, from pre-production through wrap.
You'll work with our creative directors and directors to turn approved scopes into real shoots: schedules, budgets, crews, casting, vendors, and the set itself. You make sure every production happens on time, on budget, and without surprises.
This is a hands-on, on-set role based in San Francisco.
What You'll Do
  • Own production logistics end-to-end once a project is scoped, from pre-production through shoot and wrap
  • Build and manage production budgets, track actuals against estimates, and flag overages early
  • Book and manage crews, talent, locations, equipment, and vendors, primarily in San Francisco
  • Run casting when a project calls for it, including sourcing talent and managing talent agreements and releases
  • Handle permits, insurance certificates, location agreements, and other production paperwork
  • Build call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents, and keep them current as things change
  • Run the set on shoot days: manage the schedule, keep crew and talent on track, and solve problems as they come up
What We're Looking For
  • Based in the Bay Area (required)
  • 3+ years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team
  • Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics
  • Experience booking crew, cast, locations, vendors, and rentals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure
  • A clear communicator who works well with clients and teams
  • A strong team player who takes ownership and follows through
Bonus Points
  • Experience producing for tech startups or working directly with founders
  • Existing relationships with crews, vendors, and talent in San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday, Frame.io, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
Why Join Us
  • Work directly with company leadership and top creative talent on high-visibility work
  • Produce brands, products, and stories for some of the most ambitious companies in tech
  • Help build our production process as the company scales
  • Healthcare coverage, PTO, and company holidays
  • Salary $80,000-$100,000
