Work Schedule: Rotating Shift Schedule (work on Monday and Tuesday, off on Wednesday and Thursday, work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, off on Monday and Tuesday, work on Wednesday and Thursday, off on Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (12 hours) per shift

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Reports to: Quality Manager

Job Summary:

Maintains quality standards by performing in-process inspection and audits for dimensional and visual characteristics of parts produced by facilty.

Job Duties:

 Approves Start-up of production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and

measurement inspections; communicating required adjustments to supervisors as

needed.

 Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and

measurement inspection; communicating required adjustments to supervisors as

needed.

 Document inspection results by reports (1 st piece inspection and in-process inspections)

and logs (Daily Shift Observations); inputting results into quality database.

 Document last piece inspection of parts (Last Shot Report); communicating results with

Quality Manager; inputting results into quality database.

 Perform containment activities for Non-Conforming materials; inputting results into

MRB data base.

 Document special instructions for activities that are above the standard production

activities; inputting the information in the quality database.

 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures;

complying with legal regulations.

 Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related activities as

needed.
