Job Description

Maintain and clean all areas in the Pre- Production and Particle Board areas. They are also responsible for performing PDM's, routine and complicated equipment checks and maintenance. The Utility position is also responsible for maintaining the press area in a clean and organized fashion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Demonstrated high energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem solving.
• Basic computer skills including the ability to manipulate a mouse, move between screens, and interpret data.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• The ability to use power tools, measuring devices, and other hand tools.
• The ability to work with others in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems.
• The ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Ability to work in conditions of extreme heat and cold
• Ability to work at high levels from a personnel lift; ability to climb stairs and ladders to multiple story levels
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
