Premier Cooperative is seeking a dependable and motivated Feed Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Mineral Point, WI. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality livestock feed while supporting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manufacture livestock feed according to established formulas and quality standards
  • Operate feed mill equipment including mixers, grinders, batching systems, conveyors, and related equipment
  • Load and unload ingredients and finished products
  • Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Complete required production and quality control documentation
  • Assist with auto bagger, palletizing, and staging finished feed products
  • Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product quality concerns promptly
  • Work closely with coworkers to meet daily production goals
  • Support other feed mill activities as needed
