How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Relationship Management Associate, Agriculture Commercial Financing, you'll work with Senior Relationship Managers to manage a complex lending portfolio, strengthen customer relationships and lead loan administration activities that help producers grow their operations.

You'll support complex Ag Production financing and collaborate closely with other internal teams and financial institutions to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to proactively build and maintain relationships with key and highpotential customers and prospects

  • Answer inquiries, offer solutions, and process requests in a thorough and professional manner, creating sales opportunities

  • Ensure ongoing open communication with customers on assigned portfolio

  • Enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy

  • Deliver professional front desk coverage, including greeting and assisting walk-in customers, managing incoming calls, and completing administrative tasks with speed and accuracy

  • Join customer visits to farms and offices, and represent FCC at industry events and meetings

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration

  • A minimum of one year of related administrative or financial experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Specialized knowledge of lending and loan administration processes

  • Hands-on experience applying lending and loan administration procedures, including preparing loan documentation and ensuring adherence to lending policies

  • Ability to interpret complex financial statements for accurate data entry

Preferred qualifications:

  • Customer service and administration experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting

  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve alignment and deliver outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction

  • Valid drivers license
