The Opportunity:

You will serve as a pivotal team member, securing high-value projects and driving revenue growth for one of Metro Atlanta's fastest-growing construction companies. This role empowers you to leverage your existing industry relationships and technical precision to shape our project portfolio. You will collaborate directly with our operations and management teams to ensure competitive, profitable, and highly accurate bid submittals.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Leverage your existing commercial construction client base to secure fresh bidding opportunities and build your sales portfolio.
  • Evaluate regional industry markets and targeted segments to focus sales efforts and maximize project closing potential.
  • Analyze precise labor, material, and time requirements to ensure all estimates accurately capture comprehensive project costs.
  • Review complex blueprints and product specifications to determine precise material quantities and project scopes.
  • Estimate total costs holistically to evaluate overhead, profit margins, and overall project profitability.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to discuss labor procurement and job site means and methods prior to bid submissions.
  • Formulate budget reports broken into distinct phases for seamless review and evaluation by upper management.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working as a concrete estimator or sales professional.
  • An established customer base and professional contact network within the commercial construction industry.

  • Demonstrated experience building long-term vendor relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
