Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor
Schedule: Flexible core hours (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with up to 10% travel.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Join a stable, family-owned manufacturing organization as a Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor, where you'll lead a team of three buyers while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supporting daily purchasing operations. This hands-on leadership role manages approximately $15M in annual spend, supplier relationships, cost-saving initiatives, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or team development experience
  • Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Experience driving cost savings and process improvements
  • ERP system proficiency and strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:
  • Manufacturing or production environment
  • Direct materials sourcing (films, adhesives, labels, paper products, etc.)
