Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for electric capital construction projects.
  • Manage RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, procurement plans, and commercial recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering, project management, legal, finance, safety, and operations teams.
  • Drive supplier engagement, market analysis, and contractor performance evaluation.
  • Identify procurement risks and ensure governance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Improve procurement processes by implementing standardized tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Support leadership with reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial management, or construction/capital project procurement.
  • Strong experience managing RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, utility, energy, or EPC/EPCM procurement.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Excel, and e-Sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
