The role manages critical raw material supplier relationships - including contract manufacturers, specialty chemical producers, and international suppliers in Japan and Asia - and leads supplier negotiations, cost management, supply-continuity planning, and new-material sourcing in close partnership with the Photopolymer SBU, Raw Material Engineering, Quality, and site Operations.This role is the senior procurement presence for the North Kingstown site, representing Procurement in site leadership forums, product change notification (PCN) reviews, and supplier quality processes; transactional execution, services/blanket administration, and procurement master data are owned by the Operational Procurement organization, with which this role partners. This is a key-person role: the incumbent is the primary procurement interface for several single- and sole-source supply relationships that directly support revenue-critical product lines.This is a 100% on-site position. Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careersJob DescriptionKey responsibilities for this role include:Own strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Photopolymer raw materials across FEUS sites, including commercial supplier reviews and performance management in partnership with Supplier Quality Engineering.Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, agreements, capacity, and cost-reduction/cost-avoidance programs; document savings per the FEUS Procurement Value governance procedure.Manage international supplier relationships and consignment programs (including Japan-based toll manufacturers and trading companies), coordinating with global affiliate procurement teams.Manage distribution chemistry procurement and third-party inventory programs, including monthly consignment reconciliation and third-party inventory reviews.Serve as senior procurement presence for the North Kingstown site: site leadership forums, escalation point for raw-material issues, and intracompany (affiliate) purchase coordination; partner with Operational Procurement, which owns site transactional execution and services/blanket administration.Represent Procurement in Photopolymer SBU meetings, Process Engineering and site PCN meetings, raw material specification alignment, and weekly legal/contract review coordination.Partner with Quality and SQE on supplier corrective actions, qualification of alternate sources, and supply-risk mitigation for single/sole-source materials.Support new product introduction and material scale-up programs with external development and toll-manufacturing partners, aligning supplier capacity with FEUS demand plans.Ensure category agreements and pricing are accurately reflected in ERP in partnership with Operational Procurement, which owns master-data and source-list execution.Provide procurement reporting (KPIs, spend, PPV/savings) and escalate supply, cost, and contract risks to the Sr. Director, Procurement with recommended actions. REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field required; advanced degree or CPSM/CPM preferred.7-10+ years of progressive procurement experience required, including direct materials in chemicals, electronic materials, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or comparable specification-driven manufacturing.Demonstrated experience leading complex supplier negotiations and managing strategic, single/sole-source supplier relationships required.Experience with international suppliers (Japan/Asia preferred), toll/contract manufacturing arrangements, and long-term supply agreements strongly preferred.Working knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or S/4) and Ariba preferred; strong analytical and spend-analysis skills required.Strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance; able to operate independently as the senior procurement presence on site.Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting and supplier-facing correspondence.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWe value a professional, adaptable, and collaborative work environment.
